Sometimes, it’s nice to know how people are getting into your workflows, when you share a public link to them. If you’re sharing that link on social media, through email, or other places, it’s nice to know which channel is working and which isn’t.
Luckily, you can now track this directly in CrowdSync in a super flexible way!
We call these tracking strings, and here’s how to use them.
Add Tracking Strings to Your Public URL
First, find the public link to your workflow, by navigating to the “Settings” area inside your workflow. If your workflow’s visibility is set to “Private”, simply toggle the switch to “Public”, and you’ll see the link:
Next, when you share this link out, you can add tracking strings to it in order to track whatever you want. To do this, you’ll be adding query strings to your URL.
Here’s how that works.
When you share your URL, to the end of it, add a
